All reservations imply unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

2. Reservations

Reservations can be made via our website, by email, by telephone or by any other means of communication offered by Trip to Egypt.

A reservation is considered confirmed after receipt of our confirmation and, if necessary, the requested payment.

3. Prices

All our prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of booking.

Prices may vary depending on the season, availability, services chosen, or changes in local taxes.

Unless otherwise stated, personal expenses, insurance, tips, drinks and services not mentioned in the program are not included.

4. Payment

Payment can be made using the methods offered by Trip to Egypt.

Depending on the type of service, a deposit or full payment may be required to confirm the reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms communicated at the time of booking.

5. Modifications

Any request for modification is subject to availability.

6. Cancellation

Any cancellation fees will be communicated at the time of booking.

In the event of a no-show by the customer, no refund can be guaranteed.

7. Responsibility

Trip to Egypt commits to providing the reserved services professionally.

However, we cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Government decisions
  • Strikes
  • Natural disasters
  • Airline delays
  • Force majeure

8. Travel documents

The client is responsible for the validity of their passport, visa, insurance and any other documents required for their trip.

Trip to Egypt cannot be held responsible in the event of refusal of entry into the territory or of boarding due to non-compliant documents.

9. Insurance

We strongly recommend that all our clients take out travel insurance that covers, in particular:

  • The cancellation
  • Medical expenses
  • Accidents
  • Luggage
  • Repatriation

10. Complaints

All complaints should be addressed to Trip to Egypt as soon as possible after the end of the stay, accompanied by all relevant supporting documents.

We are committed to reviewing each request carefully and providing a response as soon as possible.

11. Data Protection

The personal information provided by customers is used solely for the purpose of managing reservations and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your personal data and will never sell it to third parties.

12. Applicable Law

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Egypt.

Any dispute will, as far as possible, be settled amicably before any legal proceedings.
